This dress has a higher "V" neck and shirred shoulders with 3/4 sleeves.
The dress form is very flat so it doesn't show how flattering it is for women who have a good size bust line.
I'm doing this dress for a custom order, but really like the style.
I just want to add something to soften the V like some stitch detail or even a small soft ruffle on each side...

This little dot rayon is a little plain, and it reminds me of Anna Magnani.
The form could really use some hips too :)
